Warranty Clerk (m/f/d)
Processing and assessing warranty and goodwill claims
Preparing, reviewing, and documenting applications according to manufacturer specifications
Collaboration with service advisors, workshop managers, and the importer
Advice on complex complaints and support for the workshop
Monitoring and invoicing of warranty and goodwill claims, including credit note verification
Preparing reports and using relevant manufacturer systems (e.g., PPN)

Requirements
Completed commercial or technical training in the automotive sector
Experience in the service or warranty environment of a car dealership/importer
Technical expertise
Excellent written and spoken German skills
Independent, responsible, and structured working style
Confident use of MS Office
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Resilient, flexible, and service-oriented personality
