We are currently seeking a dedicated Porsche Service Advisor (m/f/d) for our Porsche Center Düsseldorf. With 33 locations in the Rhine and Ruhr regions, the Gottfried Schultz Group is the largest private contract partner for the Volkswagen Group brands in Germany.

Requirements
Your Qualifications:
Completed commercial or technical training
Extensive knowledge of sales and service processes
Communication skills and customer focus
Positive and open personality
Commitment and willingness to learn
Your Responsibilities:
Direct contact person (m/f/d) for customers regarding all questions relating to the maintenance and repair of Porsche vehicles
Identifying and exploiting sales opportunities for services, parts, and accessories
Independent and qualified customer service to promote customer satisfaction
Advising and supporting customers with service and repair inquiries
Coordinating and processing workshop orders in close cooperation with the service team
Ensuring high service quality and compliance with manufacturer specifications
Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships through excellent service
