You will work cross-functionally with R&D departments, international development teams, and product managers to improve our software products in the area of Connected Services (including Mercedes-AMG Track Pace & Mercedes-Benz Stories mobile app) and develop new features for our end customers.
You will work closely within an agile team and ensure that solutions are designed and implemented that offer the highest customer value via the web, mobile app, and in-car.
You will be part of our R&D team and, together with your colleagues, will bear end-to-end responsibility for improving our products – from the conception of backend and front-end cross-functionality to technical validation, implementation, and validation in the vehicle.
You will work data-driven and guide the development of your products based on KPIs, benchmarking insights, and qualitative user feedback.
You will bring together experts from different fields and be hands-on in developing the shared product vision for our customers in the vehicle. to make it a reality
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Completed degree in computer science, computer engineering, business informatics, or a comparable degree
Initial experience as a product owner and with agile software development (e.g., Angular, Kotlin, C++, Python, prompt engineering, UML, API design, cloud architecture)
Interest in modern technologies and methods of software development (AWS, MS Azure, GenAI, SAFe, Scrum, etc.)
Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills
High degree of independence, initiative, flexibility, and solution-oriented approach
