Participate in managing the Greater China region to achieve volume targets for the Mercedes-AMG, Maybach, and G-Class brands and identify growth potential.
Detailed analysis of vehicle sales (especially monthly targets and trends), market share analysis, and development of tactical measures to optimize sales and profits within the marketing mix.
Independently manage the Hong Kong market, including analyzing and preparing market data and competitor analyses to form the basis for strategic decisions.
Prepare presentations and decision templates for management documents, market visits, strategic decisions, etc.
Independently manage cross-functional topics such as inventory management and logistics, as well as take on own projects (e.g., coordination and further development of MANUFACTORY in China).
Participate in the development of strategies (e.g., regional strategy, market entry, countries, product portfolio), as well as preparation and follow-up (content, organizational) of the relevant meetings/committees. to implement the strategy
Close collaboration with interdisciplinary departments, especially product management, marketing, planning, and reporting
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
First completed bachelor's degree in business administration, international marketing, or similar
Initial practical experience in sales/marketing, ideally in the automotive field
Analytical skills, intercultural skills, experience in data analysis/reporting, communication and interpersonal skills, quick comprehension, and flexibility
Affinity to the automotive industry, interest in sales topics, experience in collaborating with various business units and external partners both domestically and internationally is desirable
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
Fluent written and spoken German and English skills
