WHAT TASKS AWAIT YOU:
Coordinating export procedures and compiling foreign trade statistics. Ensure compliance with permit requirements
Advice on complex issues, taking into account diverse framework conditions and regulations, as well as relevant legislation
Export processing for vehicles and materials for air and sea freight, also taking into account dangerous goods regulations
Coordination of dangerous goods transports and issuance of relevant documentation
Preparation of evaluations and detailed analyses, validation of customs tariff numbers
Participation in projects and support of the dangerous goods coordinator
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Completed degree in business administration, industrial engineering with a focus on logistics, possibly also automotive engineering, or comparable training
Technical knowledge of automotive parts for validating drawings and declarations of origin
Very good IT skills (MS Office applications, Access, SAP R3 - S/4Hana)
High level of integration skills and assertiveness, as well as strong teamwork skills, creativity, innovative thinking, and analytical skills
Training in dangerous goods legislation and experience in road, sea, and air transport
Very good spoken English skills and written
