Change Manager & AI Innovator: You will act as a change manager and be responsible for developing AI topics for change management and PDx (Product Data Management and CAx).
Change Manager: You will be the primary contact for formal questions regarding change projects and conduct their review. As a committee manager, you are responsible for agenda creation, moderating change management committees (ÄK), including facilitating decision-making, and the formal, legal documentation of resolutions.
AI Manager: You will manage various AI projects from conception to implementation and analyze their success based on cost-benefit analyses.
Develop and implement AI solutions: You will design, develop, and implement innovative AI solutions for process optimization and efficiency improvements, and you will implement pilot AI applications yourself or supervise their implementation.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
Completed bachelor's degree in economics, computer science, engineering, digitalization, or a comparable field of study.
Sound knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning.
High affinity for the automotive industry and ideally some practical experience.
Ideally, experience with the development and implementation of AI applications.
A high affinity for digital technologies and innovations.
Analytical thinking skills, a structured approach, and strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team. Strong communication skills and a high degree of initiative
Very proficient in MS Office
Very good written and spoken German and English skills
Valid Class B driver's license for Germany
