What you can expect:
Ensuring professional customer contact and exclusive customer service in our Porsche Center
Answering and forwarding calls to the appropriate contact person
Reception, greeting, and support of our customers
Creating a welcoming atmosphere for our customers
Supporting the service team with organizational and commercial tasks
Requirements
Successful completion of a commercial apprenticeship, e.g., as an office management assistant (m/f/d), automotive sales assistant (m/f/d), or hotel specialist (m/f/d), but career changers are also welcome
Professional experience in a car dealership is an advantage
Confident use of common MS Office applications
Structured and independent working style
Confident, personable demeanor and strong customer focus
Strong teamwork and communication skills
High quality and deadline orientation
