What you can expect:
Organization and processing of new and used car orders for the Porsche brand
Ensuring the smooth and timely availability of new cars
Invoice verification and invoicing for new and used cars
Applying for and monitoring applications for factory bonuses and subsidies
Preparing vehicle registrations and workshop orders
Serving as a contact person for sales staff regarding scheduling issues
Requirements
Successfully completed commercial vocational training, e.g., as an automotive salesperson (m/f/d) or office management clerk (m/f/d)
Professional experience as a dispatcher (m/f/d) in a car dealership is desirable
Confident use of common MS Office applications
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Independent and conscientious working style, as well as commitment
