Tasks
Support in day-to-day operations (administrative activities along the core HR BP processes, maintaining and updating data in SAP systems)
Assistance in the preparation of reports and documents (e.g., preparing key performance indicators and analyses)
Support in various HR projects (e.g., creating charts and presentations)
Assistance in the coordination, preparation, and follow-up of appointments
Support in interface communication with other HR departments
Requirements
Studies in economics, business administration, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on human resources
Initial experience in human resources through internships or similar
Confident use of MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, ideally experience with SAP
Independent and structured working style
Strong analytical and creative skills as well as teamwork and communication skills
