We as a team...
...support our Porsche Motorsport customers worldwide as soon as they have purchased their new race car. We are available, both on-site at racetracks around the world and remotely, to provide advice and support on all technical matters. In product management, we play a key role in designing new customer racing vehicles and are committed to meeting our customers' wishes and needs. Feedback from the racetrack thus flows directly into the continuous improvement and further development of our racing vehicles. With our customer media, we lay the foundation for our customers to prepare their race car for perfect technology and thus be at the forefront. Whether it's a manual, parts catalog, or video tutorials - our documentation sets standards in customer motorsport and provides our customers with everything they need to know about their product.

What can you expect?
During your internship, you can focus on one of the following areas, depending on your interests:
Product Management
Planning, organizing, and maintaining a central race calendar
International customer training (on-site/virtual)
Establishing and reporting a reporting system (analysis of damage data, race reports)
Technical Customer Support
Creating technical information for distribution to customer teams
Handling and preparing the analysis of damaged parts from customer deployments
Campaign management for technical changes
Technical Customer Media
Creating customer media (print/online/video)
Coordinating technical content with the development departments
Defining and implementing editorial guidelines (editorial guidelines/glossary) with regard to didactic requirements for customer media
Requirements
What sets you apart?
A place to study automotive engineering, (industrial) engineering, or a comparable degree program (at least in the third semester or in the gap year between bachelor's and master's degrees)
Basic knowledge of project management and business administration
Confident use of MS Office
Very good English skills
Organizational skills and the ability to work independently
Great enthusiasm for motorsport
