The Digitalization Management Assistant combines IT systems, digitalization processes, and sales techniques. You'll learn how to analyze business processes and develop digital solutions to make them more efficient. You'll gain insights into various areas of the company and, at the same time, get a taste of motorsport at Porsche. Sound good? Then we should get to know each other.

Duration: 3 years
Theory: IT. School in Stuttgart
Work experience: Porsche Training Center & specialist departments (including IT, Finance, and Sales & Marketing)

What sets you apart?
Interest in business processes and IT
Intermediate school leaving certificate, university of applied sciences entrance qualification, or high school diploma with good grades
Ability to work in a team
Good knowledge of German and English
