Key Responsibilities Trim, assemble, and bond composite components and assemblies to a high standard within set production timelines.
Use hand and air tools efficiently and safely to carry out trimming and fitting tasks.
Perform visual and structural repairs on composite parts when required.
Conduct TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) on tools and equipment used in the Composite Trim department.
Consistently meet challenging and demanding deadlines.
Maintain organisation and focus while multitasking effectively.
Uphold exceptional standards of quality and workmanship.
Tackle technical challenges confidently, seeking support when necessary. Skills, Knowledge & Expertise Proven experience in composite trimming, fitting, bonding, and assembly, preferably within Formula One, motorsport, or high-end automotive environments
Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings, CAD visualisations, and assembly instructions.
Skilled in the use of manual, hand-held, and air-powered tools.
High level of precision and accuracy in all tasks.
Structured and thorough approach to complex assembly work.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
Self-motivated, dependable, and enthusiastic team contributor.
Willing to assist across the department and adaptable to changing tasks.
Able to maintain performance standards under tight deadlines.
