What profile are we looking for?
- Industrial Engineer Administrator, Mechanical Engineer Administrator or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years' experience as QE
With experience in:
- Necessary experience in the Automotive Sector (Preferably machining)
- Internal auditor certified in the IATF 16949 standard (Desirable)
- Core tools (PFMEA, MSA, Control Plan, SPC, PPAP, APQP)
- English
Main responsibilities:
- Guarantees validation of new product/process
- Performs statistical study
- Coordinates team for continuous improvement activities
- Defines process control plans
- Performs process audits
- Develop and maintain procedures and processes to ensure compliance with IATF 16949 and other relevant standards.
- Communicate in a timely manner the Notices of Non-Conformance in case of problems detected in the different stages of the production process.
- Analyze, report and identify areas of continuous improvement.
- Supervise and provide training to operators and technicians in the instructions and activities applicable to the position.
- Development of control plans at different stages of a project (Prototypes, Pre-series, and Series)
- Create and maintain updated area documentation and reports.
