At Brembo, an Italian multinational and global leader in braking systems for the automotive industry with over 50 years of experience, we are looking for a Maintenance Planner to ensure the reliability and availability of our production equipment.
Position Objective
Plan, schedule, and secure the effectiveness of preventive and predictive maintenance, conducting failure analysis and managing technical documentation in compliance with international standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering (IMA, IM, II)
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner
- Experience in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 standard
- Advanced conversational English is a must
Key Responsibilities
- Design and document preventive and predictive maintenance plans
- Ensure compliance with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 requirements
- Manage and administer eMaint software (assets, plans, and work orders)
- Train personnel in the correct use of the maintenance system
- Generate performance reports (KPIs, MTTR, MTBF, plan compliance)
