Job description:
Your assignment will consist of:
- Sales Support: Reporting , Analysis and Monitoring of monthly actions, Analysis and Monitoring of monthly actions
- Marketing Budget: co-manage marketing budget across BUs
- Event Management: Event pre-planning and contacting companies, Logistic management of materials needed for the event, Management of big items for events with Propulse with monthly checks, Seminar & Sales Meeting organization
- Stock Management: Merchandise management (purchase, store, shipping)
- Product Management: Managing visuals shared by HQ with translation, adaptation and communication, Pirelli website BENELUX management, Managing info for new product with translation, adapation and communication + website; Trainings to sales team of Trade&Consumer tools, Sell-Out management (app, monitoring, translations, payments, communication), HPG Platform Management (creation, testing, monitoring, communication, maintaince), Management of external companies/suppliers/agencies

Job requirements:
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- You are a dynamic, curios and independent with a highly developed interest in the automotive world.
- Organization and time management are not foreign concepts for you and creating win-win situations is specific to your thinking pattern.
- You are good at maintaining and expanding contacts.
- Capability to speak a fluent Dutch and French is mandatory. We’re a multinational company, therefore being fluent in English is preferable.
- A place of residence within your area of work is preferred, preferably Brussels.
