As Motorrad Corporate Strategy LatAm Trainee will have the opportunity to shape the future of our business in the dynamic Latin American markets. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented professional to drive strategic initiatives and enhance our reporting processes. In this role, you will be responsible for consolidating and standardizing critical business information, preparing insightful presentations, and leading digitalization efforts to optimize our Target Management process. What awaits you?
- Standardize and consolidate strategic business information from Latin American markets, including Mexico, importers, Argentina, and Brazil, through the V4L Standard Report.
- Prepare periodic presentations on regional strategy achievements, ensuring alignment with the Balanced Scorecard (BSC) framework to support informed decision-making.
- Drive the digitalization of the regional reporting structure and automate the Target Management process to enhance operational efficiency.
- Create, maintain, and update interactive dashboards for KPI tracking, providing real-time visibility and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of high-impact corporate presentations for regional executive meetings, ensuring clarity and effectiveness in communication.
- Collaborate in monitoring the internal GSS system within EBM to ensure timely completion of strategic activities.
- Produce business insights and convert them into clear, visual, executive-level deliverables to facilitate understanding and action.
What should you bring along?
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or relevant coursework in corporate strategy, business analysis, or a related field is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and proficiency in Excel.
- Strong analytical mindset with a willingness to learn data interpretation and reporting techniques.
- Good verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
- Ability to manage tasks and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
