We are looking for a talented and committed HR Plant Specialist to play a critical role in one of our plants located in Abruzzo.
Scope
Responsible in the area of competence for ensuring the management of plant employees in accordance with Company policies, rules and standards, contributing in the implementation and improvement of Company HR processes.
He / She will be responsible for managing the assigned population across all hard and soft processes: selection, training, development, performance evaluation, litigation, KPIs and stakeholder management.
He / She will manage relationships with the entire hierarchy of the assigned division, ensuring the implementation of HR policies.
He / She will have a transversal role, acting as a liaison between central policies and local implementation.
General duties
The plant HR Specialist will directly reports to Plant HR Manager
He/she is responsible for:
- guaranteeing assistance to the line about staff (workers and employees)
- managing the HR KPIs (headcounts, absenteeism, overtime, injuries)
- resourcing the organization (recruitment, assignments, internal mobility)
- correct application of HR Policies in the assigned area (Performance Management, Development plan, Succession cards)
- ensure the Safety and Company standard training for the assigned area
- widespread in the assigned area of the Company Campaigns and initiatives (Children’s Christmas, Health Campaigns, surveys, communication campaigns)
- ensuring that all issues are properly identified, reported and resolved
- ensuring the correct application of Local Law, Collective Agreement and Company Regulations and managing the internal trade union relations
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experiences:
- Master degree in Law, a Master in Industrial Relations is a plus
- 2/4 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally in a plant setting and previous experience in managing the legal/litigation
- Fluent in English
- Expertise in Italian employment/labor law
- Demonstrate ability to motivate others and influence work behaviors
- Strong communication skills
- Pro-active, enthusiastic and committed person
- Positive thinking approach
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite completes the profile
- Available for mobility
