Description/Key Responsibilities:
For OMNI Product - focus on Basket & Checkout modules:
- Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for one of the streams of the Omnichannel sales product.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, including ICT management and business leads.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, supplier’s development teams and other stakeholders for the related stream.
- Manage the stream’s backlog, ensuring that features are well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and functionality.
- Facilitate agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-up meetings and retrospectives.
- Implement and advocate for SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) methodologies to ensure efficient and scalable product development.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stream-related inquiries and issues.
- Ensure timely delivery of product releases and updates, meeting quality standards and customer expectations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Agile Product Owner experience.
Automotive eCommerce Functional experience.
Automotive Dealer/Retailer sales Functional experience.
Adobe eCommerce experience.
Fluent in English.
Experience on complex IT project.
Nice to have
Fluent in some additional languages (i.e: French, Italian, Spanish, German..).
Adobe eCommerce certifications.
Experience on Automotive Sales application previous development and deployments.
