Description:
The CCC manager is in charge to manage all the transversal RUN activities for the global perimeter:
- Quality : Changes management / P0-P1 coordination
- Budget
- Partner animation
- Support the transformation
- Animate the lessons learned and best pratices
- Coordinate all the transversal activities and projects
Key responsibilities:
Entity Quality Monitoring
- Have a comprehensive view of all incidents within the MFG scope
- Monitoring of action plans, loss monitoring
- He is responsible for loss monitoring and its coordination in close collaboration with his manager
- Change Approval: He ensures the approval of changes deployed at the factories to ensure their smooth implementation in accordance with site schedules and partner directives
Partner Coordination
- With the entity manager, he coordinates monitoring with all partners (internal and external). He leads the associated action plans as needed.
Transformation
- He leads the transformation of the RUN business within the MFG, both for his entity and more generally, as decided in 2023. He ensures follow-up by defining the new standards to be applied.
- He brings technological innovation within the entity to support the ICT transformation.
Best practices
- He is responsible for implementing the best practices defined in the action plans.
- He optimizes the sharing of his best practices (communication, tools).
Coordination:
- He is the key contact for MRUN for all pre-project phases.
- He coordinates cross-functional activities.
- He leads and leads cross-functional projects for the entity, relying on his colleagues.
Qualifications:
The position requires good skills in Manufacturing, ICT processes, and management
Skills:

Exp/Education:
- Minimum of 5 years ICT experience and or related field in the manufacturing environment.
- Bachelor of Computer Science , Information Systems, Manufacturing or other related field
