About the team
The production team is responsible for site production management, effective safety management, quality assurance, on-time delivery, production cost control, personnel management, etc.
Your Profile as Production Supervisor:
- Knowledge of and skills in SAP and Production System
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Able to act independently with minimal supervision.
- Electrical and mechanical aptitude.
- Sound decision making ability.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Automotive industry (KTL/Welding) experiences is a plus.
What you can look forward to as Production Supervisor:
- Production Plans work assignments, directs tasks and assists in achieving production objectives.
- Responsible for employee, process, and quality issues as well as first level corrective actions.
- Responsible for managing scrap, hourly production rate to standard, efficiency, downtime and overtime.
- Coordinates production activities with support functions such as maintenance, materials, manufacturing engineering, quality, safety, etc.
- Check operator’s training level and work discipline, responsible for developing the skills of manufacturing personnel through coaching, training, motivating and counseling.
- Ensures open lines of communication among shifts, with the all appropriate support personnel.
- Responsible for maintaining elements of safety and 5S for assigned manufacturing lines.
- Review lines hourly performance and follow immediate action plan progress.
