About the Team
The logistics department includes functions such as planning, warehousing, logistics planning, transportation, packaging, import and export, etc.
What you can look forward to as Customer Planner:
- Customer contact interface to get forecast and do analysis to work out weekly rolling call off.
- Following customer order and forecast to work out detailed delivery plan. Daily check customer consumption compared with forecast.
- Critical parts monitor, any potential shortage risk need to esclate timely, in order to avoid customer line down issue.
- Base on customer demand, release capacity investigation internally and share the feedback to customer.
- Monitor change over parts, in order to avoid shortage or excess.
Your Profile as Customer Planner:
- Two years or more than two years’ experience in the same position.
- College degree or above.
- Be skilled in using office software, such as word, excel, PowerPoint etc.
