As CRM Scholar you will play a crucial part in analyzing customer insights and managing key operational processes. You will be responsible for monitoring Voice of Customer (VoC) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) indicators, developing insightful reports, and collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance our service delivery. What awaits you?
- Conduct weekly analysis of Voice of Customer (VoC) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) indicators.
- Develop and present a weekly internal report on CRM and VoC indicators.
- Manage purchase orders from suppliers, ensuring effective budget control.
- Organize and coordinate meetings with distributors and importers to foster collaboration and information exchange.
- Define, implement, and communicate the follow-up plan for operational indicators of CRM and VoC, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives.
What should you bring along?
- Be an active University student from 4th or 5th semester onwards.
- Good grades (preferably up to 8.5).
- Availability from August to December 2025, preferably between 09:00 to 15:00 hrs., from Monday to Friday.
- Good MS Office skills.
- Proactive, responsible and communication skills.
- Fluent in English.
