The following tasks await you:
Advising our managers and HR colleagues on all employment law aspects of our HR processes
Implementing and further developing our national and international HR compliance strategy
Developing, implementing, and continuously improving processes, forms, and HR-relevant guidelines
Dedicatedly developing standards in the context of current case law and new legislative proposals
Working closely with our interfaces in HR, management, and the works council
Requirements
To be prepared for your career as an expert in employment law and HR compliance, you have the following qualifications:
Completed degree in law, business law, or a comparable field of study and at least four years of professional experience in HR compliance.
Passion for handling employment law matters.
Expertise in employment law and in dealing with HR-relevant guidelines.
Your work style is characterized by diligence, a confident and professional demeanor, and strong communication skills.
Employment as an in-house lawyer is possible.
Things to know before you leave:
Start: By arrangement – ??at the beginning of a month
Working hours: Full-time (40 hours), 30 vacation days
Employment type: Permanent
Area of ??work: Corporate Functions
Languages: Fluent German & English
Other: A valid work permit; if necessary, we can apply for a work permit as part of our recruiting process. This process takes time and will affect the start date.
