• Gaining insight into the Marketing department’s daily operations• Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of key experiential marketing initiatives such as Product Launches, Driving Events, and Lighthouse projects• Assisting with the preparation and logistical coordination for conferences, including venue research, guestlist management, RSVP tracking, and updating internal planning decks• Providing on-site event support during setup, rehearsals, guest management, and post-event dismantling• Collaborating with internal teams such as Sales and PR, as well as external agencies and partners, to help deliver high-impact brand experiences• Assisting with customs clearance coordination for incoming event-related shipments• Maintaining the Experiential Marketing storeroom and overseeing inventory updates• Updating and managing the Importer Activity Overview report, capturing events and activations across the Importer network using Think Cell• Supporting administrative processes including purchase requisition creation and tracking via SAP
• From time to time, you will be required to step in and cover our HQ reception desk

• Passion for cars and interest in Porsche brand • University studies in Events Management or Business (preferred Marketing focus) or related field • Excellent oral and written English language skills • Advanced MS Office Skills (Power Point, Word, Excel) • IT Skills (SAP / CRM systems knowledge) • Social media content creation skills • Attention to detail • Outgoing personality • Quickness to grasp new tasks • Independent work style, self-management • Availability for 6 months
