Job Description:
With a global footprint, BOSS is present in 9 different countries of Enlarged Europe (EE), SouthAmerica (SA), India and Asia Pacific Region (IAP) delivering service for EE, MEA, SA, NA, IAP, China employing 40 permanent/temporal collaborators working hand in hand with approx.1200 3rd Party collaborators. This position does not have direct reports.
From a contractual standpoint:
- Actively involve in framing the service level metrics and KPIs, setting up realistic targets, proposing required revision as per the business needs and on every contractual year.
- Calculate (data extraction, BI updates, and sample-based monitoring in SA)/Monitor the Service level metrics and KPIs as defined in Service agreement triggering implementation of actions if levels not at expected level.
- Manage Escalation through Incident reporting mechanism as per service agreement.
- Manage change request with relate new transitions and additions /deletions of existing operations as per service agreement.
- Business Impact Analysis yearly review and other critical deliverables review
- Maintain the SOX controls as per Customer request and ensure compliance of the same by service provider
From a Transition Management standpoint:
- Liase with 3rd Party and ensure the operational transitions are executed as per plan
- Active review and monitoring of all pre transition requirements, from hiring to system requirements ensuring seamless implementation of training plan.
- Coordinate system set up and access requirements for new migrations
- Liase with Business Unit stakeholders and understand the current level of volume, assess backlog if any and agree on specific plans including additional buffer staffing to ensure noiseless transitions
- Liase with Business unit stakeholders and understand the current KPIs and review the possibility of aligning the same with Global SLAs and ensure that the same has been executed within 3-6 months of go live.
- Liase with 3rd Party and their sub-contractors and ensure that any 3rd Party owned tool are implemented as per the agreed timeline and with right quality standards.
- Actively involve in each stage of transition and function as key stakeholders to review and sign off the transition tollgates
From a Financial standpoint:
- Quarterly review of billing volumes and ensure that true up are derived based on the accurate transactional volumes reported by 3rd Party
- Review and comment in case if there is a need to revise the baseline volume at least on every contractual year.
- Monthly invoice validation, approval into the system and Requisition management.
- Budget estimation, follow up and analysis of deviations as well as alignment on costs charged on monthly 3rd Party invoices
Basic Qualifications: • 5-7 Years of experience in Finance & Accounting
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor degree

- Master’s Degree Required
- Strong Finance/Accounting background preferred with Internal Control experience
- Fluent in English, very good written and oral English. Other additional European languages preferred
