Job Description:
With a global footprint, BOSS is present in 9 different countries of Enlarged Europe (EE), SouthAmerica (SA), India and Asia Pacific Region (IAP) delivering service for EE, MEA, SA, NA, IAP, China employing 40 permanent/temporal collaborators (out of which 2 for IAP & China) working hand in hand with approx.1200 3rd Party collaborators (thereof 46 on IAP & China). This organization provides mainly medium/low complexity accounts payable, receivable, specialized intercompany and record to report transactions in a centralized and very cost-efficient solution through the 3rd Party provider.
• Be the expert in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Purchase-to-Pay (PTP), Record-to-Report (RTR) and some Human Resources Services’ transaction execution: Accountable and responsible to drive standardization, automation, Policy implementation and compliance in OTC, PTP, RTR, HRS transactions executed by BPO Partner.
•Enable and project manage new transitions to BPO ensuring accurate and detailed documentation as well as performance metrics are provided to BPO through transition of tasks.
•Deal with Change Management and engage with teams appropriately. Ensure performance levels are reached and any backlog generated is rapidly eliminated.
•Holds relationship with customers (legal entities, Captive Shared service centers, internal and external auditors...), ensure service is delivered with customer focus executing towards adding value for decision making, reducing cost for Stellantis and streamlining processes to achieve lean execution.
•Ensure strong governance of the Service Provider striving for highest quality standards in execution and SOX compliance keeping a process optimization culture.
•Key contributor to convergence of systems and processes with peers in Stellantis.
•Key contributor to Stellantis Policy definition.
•Lead and Execute Operational Excellence activities
Basic Qualifications: • 5-10 Years of experience in Finance & Accounting
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor degree
Competencies:
Technical Skills:
- Master’s Degree Required
- Strong Finance/Accounting background preferred with Internal Control experience
- Fluent in English, very good written and oral English. Other additional European languages preferred
