What awaits you?
- You will be an active part of the logistics team and support the smooth supply of parts in the Central and Southeastern Europe region.
- Operational responsibility for the RTK (returns and claims) process in seven markets (Austria, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Hungary).
- Support for Logistic HUB processes and tasks.
- Steering and alignment of RTK cases with dealerships and Regional Distribution Center.
- Financial responsibility for credit notes for dealers.
- Improvement of customer satisfaction through support in parts availability and claims management.
- Active role in various projects in the logistics environment such as process automation as well as the creation of different analyses and dashboard will round out your responsibilities.
What should you bring along?
- Personality: You are responsible and self-confident, have strong communication skills, and are enthusiastic. You demonstrate an independent and conscientious work style.
- BA in business administration, logistics, or a comparable field.
- Experience in the area of aftersales, logistics, and customer care.
- Strong customer orientation, flexibility, MS Office, and SAP knowledge.
- Interest in Software Automation and AI.
- Business fluent English is required as well as good German language skills. Additional language of one of our markets are appreciated.

We are looking for you as soon as possible for a indefinite period and offer an attractive salary & benefit package. The minimum salary for this position is € 3.300 gross per month. The actual salary depends on the respective qualification or professional experience, i.e. we determine the actual amount in a personal interview. A significant overpayment is possible with appropriate suitability.
