You’ll play a key role in shaping the atmosphere and impact of our paddock presence, partner engagements, and fan experiences.
- Plan and execute world-class hospitality operations at Formula 1 races and team events across the globe.
- Manage and curate end-to-end guest experiences — including VIPs, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
- Lead the design and delivery of Cadillac-themed paddock lounges, team suites, and off-track activations.
- Work closely with the Head of Partner Delivery and Events and partnership teams to align hospitality offerings with commercial and brand objectives.
- Liaise with Formula 1®, the FIA, promoters, and circuit-side vendors to coordinate access, logistics, and on-site services.
- Coordinate guest communications, invitations, accreditation, and on-site concierge services.
- Source and manage premium suppliers (catering, décor, AV, staffing, etc.) to uphold Cadillac standards.
- Track and report on KPIs: guest satisfaction, partner feedback, operational efficiency, and ROI.
- Ensure flawless execution under pressure — rain or shine, Monaco or Montréal.
Driven by high performance:
What do you need to bring to the team?
- 5+ years in hospitality, experiential marketing, or live event production — ideally in luxury, automotive, or major sports industries.
- Experience delivering high-touch experiences for VIPs, executives, and global partners.
- Knowledge of Formula 1® hospitality formats (e.g., Paddock Club, garage access, team suites) is highly desirable.
- Passion for hospitality, storytelling, and immersive brand experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple international projects simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong cross-cultural communication and relationship management skills.
- Flexibility to travel globally — often on weekends — and work long hours during race weekends.
