Lead one of MHP's local Data Engineering teams: shape the data infrastructure, guide team members, and ensure the effective delivery of data solutions Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and workflows, using Microsoft Fabric and the Microsoft Azure Data Stack, together with SQL and Python/PySpark Drive best practices in data warehousing, data modeling, and ETL processes, ensuring scalability, efficiency, and reliability Act as a technical advisor to guide architectural decisions, data governance, and quality standards, aligning with best practices and industry standards Provide expertise in using Azure DevOps for CI/CD and pipeline management, promoting version control, testing, and automation Lead, mentor, and grow a team of data engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment Act as a staffing and opportunity manager, aligning team members to the right projects and opportunities to maximize impact and career growth Collaborate with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to identify and fulfill data needs and align data solutions with business goals For more detail, salary and company information, use the apply link
