Our goal is to continue this success in the future and provide optimal customer service. To strengthen our team, we are offering a position as a Service Assistant (m/f/d)

Responsibilities:

Personally greet customers at the Porsche Center and direct them to the appropriate contact person.

Support waiting customers (information, refreshments).

Plan service appointments and customer mobility according to needs.

Maintain the workshop appointment schedule.

Maintain cash register management and cash closing.

Handle general correspondence for the service department.

Transfer telephone calls.
