Tasks
Strict and sustainable sales management according to the management control cycle
Professional and disciplinary management of used car sales and purchasing. Responsibility for achieving goals in the used car sector (sales figures, revenue, customer satisfaction, etc.)
Management of the entire sales process – from vehicle purchase, preparation and pricing to sale
Continuing development of the sales strategy and implementation of sales measures
Analysis of market and competitive trends to optimize the vehicle inventory
Close collaboration with management and other specialist departments (e.g., workshop, new car sales, accounting)
Ensuring excellent customer service and sustainable customer loyalty
