As the "Strategy & Customer Experience" department of Porsche Financial Services GmbH (PFS), we actively shape the corporate strategy of Porsche Financial Services and ensure its alignment with the Porsche strategy. We are responsible for the market and sales strategy of PFS in close coordination with the Sales department of Porsche AG. We ensure the seamless integration of PFS products into the Porsche customer journey worldwide, develop global communication standards, and promote best practices with the goal of creating added value in our interactions with our customers.
Upon starting your internship, you will immediately become a full member of the Strategy and Customer Experience department of Porsche Financial Services. Exciting and varied tasks await you in the Customer Experience team:
Participate in the development and implementation of cross-channel marketing campaigns and communication concepts to market our products.
Support in the implementation of digitalization initiatives for the seamless integration of financial services into the Porsche customer journey.
Participate in the further development of our product vision and roadmap for our customer journey.
Conduct competitive analyses and trend observations to identify new customer requirements.
Support in identifying pain points in customer relationship management and deriving measures with the aim of improving the customer experience and exploiting cross-selling potential.
Support in the development of decision templates as well as data-based analyses and reports.
Further development of communication materials in the CI of Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini, and Bugatti.
Work on projects in close coordination with external partners, agencies, and internal departments.
