Sustainable design and continuous development of our service offering in the area of ??SAP CX Sales/Lead-to-Cash, taking into account current market trends and specific customer needs.

Responsibility for our service offering in the area of ??SAP CX Sales/Lead-to-Cash, including strategic direction and operational implementation.

Management of pre-sales activities and quotation processes in the context of SAP CX Sales/Lead-to-Cash in close collaboration with the sales team, as well as responsibility for pipeline management from a pre-sales perspective.

Lead and implement innovative CX projects as a project manager and/or stream lead in the area of ??SAP CX Sales/Lead-to-Cash.
