As part of our team, you will support leading companies in transforming their sales and service processes – from strategic consulting to the implementation of integrated SAP solutions. Your focus will be on end-to-end processes along the customer journey: from lead generation and quotation and order management to after-sales and customer loyalty. Together, we will create sustainable customer experiences and drive the digital future of sales.
The following tasks await you:
Independent planning and implementation of SAP CX projects with a focus on sales and customer processes – from requirements gathering and solution architecture to implementation, training, and rollout.
Design and implementation of holistic end-to-end sales processes along the customer journey – using SAP CX solutions such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and CPQ.
Assume responsibility for external and internal transformation projects, participate in acquisitions and portfolio development, and actively support the onboarding and development of new colleagues.
