Position overview
This intern in this position will spend 6 months supporting the operations of the PFS Finance department. During this time, the intern will be tasked with a broad array of responsibilities and projects, gaining key insights into the role the finance team plays within the broader captive finance company.
The intern will also support the pricing function of the PFS organization, learning the process through which we position our product offerings across multiple brands (Porsche, Bentley, Lamborghini, and Bugatti) and markets (US and Canada).
The PFS Finance internship is designed to provide candidates with the opportunity to apply their financial knowledge and expertise on business-relevant projects in a real-world environment.
Roles & responsibilities
Support and prepare presentation for monthly pricing strategy meeting and associated analyses.
Assist with month-end financial reporting and close activities.
Assist in the creation of PFS Financial Planning submissions (i.e. Budget, Long-Range Planning).
Assist in preparation of cost center budgets and inputs to PFS SAP Planning Tool.
Support business case development and financial evaluation of strategic business initiatives.
Assist with ad-hoc data query and analysis requests to assist various PFS departments.
