The paint shop's process department is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of the paint shop's operations. Employees specify the relevant process parameters, monitor them, and continuously implement optimizations to improve the product and process. In addition to the actual painting process, pretreatment, cathodic dip painting, the measurement of relevant process parameters, and sample analysis are supervised in the in-house laboratory. During the internship, you will learn about the described areas of activity and support employees with daily tasks. In addition to conducting your own measurements on car bodies, you will evaluate measurement data yourself and prepare it graphically. You will assist in organizing meetings and gain insight into the process and atmosphere of internal and external events. Through the daily changing challenges, you will learn and apply interdisciplinary skills, such as technical understanding and analytical skills.

Support with projects in the areas of paint and application technology
Participation in the organization, implementation, and evaluation of field tests
Support in the implementation and documentation of measurement series and laboratory tests
Participation in the digitalization of processes in the laboratory as well as in measurement and testing technology
