Tasks

The Quality Assurance Testing and Analysis department is responsible for scheduled and unscheduled tests, the analysis of the entire vehicle, exterior color matching, and the recording and calibration of test equipment. In addition to measurements in the measuring room, the creation of functional dimension catalogs, and the assessment of lines, hoses, and cables (LSK) for correct routing and assembly, media tightness, and functionality, quality methods such as joining and external master jigs, as well as cubing, are used.
