We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role provides hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management, giving the intern an opportunity to support the full hiring process. Ideal candidates are enthusiastic about HR and have strong communication skills, with an interest in learning about recruitment strategies, interview techniques, and employer branding.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and coordinating interviews.
Help maintain and update applicant tracking systems.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing efforts.
Support the maintenance of Tracking sheets/HR databases.
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events as needed.
Support the onboarding process as needed.
Attend team meetings and provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.
