Tasks
• You are responsible for the strategic and operational development of Atlassian Confluence & Jira. • You are our main contact for all departments regarding requirements, optimizations, document flow, and best practices. • In day-to-day business, you manage and configure the Atlassian tools, including user management, authorization concepts, and system customizations. • In collaboration with the rest of the team, you also ensure system stability, performance, and security. • You develop governance policies for Jira and Confluence and implement them after internal approval. • You train and support our users and create documentation and guidelines that are visible to everyone. • To further develop the platform, you regularly exchange ideas with external service providers and Atlassian partners and strive to optimize the efficiency of workflows, automations, and dashboards within the tools. • If necessary, you evaluate and implement new apps and add-ons. • You also support us with migration projects and integrations with other partners. Corporate systems'• The position is project-related and therefore limited to one year
