Then we are looking for you to join our Hamburg location, right on the Alster.
In the key role of Senior Partner Assistant (all genders), you will master a wide range of challenges: from independent secretarial management for our Senior Partner and their managers, to workshops and events, and office management tasks.
Your daily tasks will primarily include calendar coordination and travel management for our top management level, as well as the preparation and follow-up of appointments, including invoicing and the preliminary review of various employee requests.
You will be independently responsible for organizing meetings, client and team events, as well as preparing reports, presentations, briefings, and decision-making documents.
In your role, you will be responsible for office management and related tasks, together with the on-site support team (including office order and contract management, creation and processing of overviews, management of office services, maintenance of the office infrastructure, etc.).
You will be the active and reliable communication interface for our internal and external stakeholders and assist in processing the national and international correspondence of our clients and employees.
Administrative support for client and personnel management Your responsibilities also include representing our assistants at management level.
Even in more complex situations, you maintain an overview and are able to make independent decisions and purposefully determine the right balance of priorities for our top management.
