Assessment of warranty and goodwill claims to ensure maximum customer satisfaction Compliance with specifications and guidelines as well as the warranty processing system Preparation of warranty and goodwill claims, taking into account application deadlines Ensuring audit-compliant and complete documentation in warranty and goodwill cases Collaboration with service advisors and workshop managers in the preparation of flawless warranty and goodwill claims Advising the workshop on problem cases and difficult customer complaints Monitoring open actions and orders Encouraging service advisors and workshop managers to prepare qualified complaint reports Requesting repair instructions Reviewing warranty claims and making corrections if necessary Checking credit notes issued by the importer for completeness and forwarding them to accounting Allocation of costs for rejected warranty and goodwill claims as well as for returned parts For more detail, salary and company information, use the apply link
