Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. What you need? The mindset of an athlete. If you are someone for whom giving up isn’t an option and limits are just something to be overcome, you can bring Vorsprung durch Technik to Formula 1 with us. Providing kits for Cleanroom and AssemblyLoading, operating and unloading autoclave’sDemolding of cured components, releasing toolsLaminating-tools & bonding-jigs managementProviding consumables and safety equipment for the Composite ProductionHanding out replacement tools / preparing tools for new employeescarrying out machine maintenanceSAP Bookings
Your profile
Apprenticeship in craftsIdeally knowledge in the field of composite productionThe ability to read and understand drawingsGood written and spoken German and English skillsIT experience in MS Office productsCan do attitude and positive mindsetPrecise and reliable working methodIndependent and proactive working styleIdeally basic knowledge in SAPYou see work and get to work where it is neededWillingness to work more if necessaryWillingness to work in a shift operation. Rotation model 2week early / 2 week late. Working times: 05:30-15:00 and 16:30 – 01:30
