Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will be competing in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026. The new team has three locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for its innovative technologies and passion for racing. The Sauber Motorsport Technical Center, UK will be operational this year. Our Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations. What you need? The mindset of an athlete. Your mission
Lead the composite group tracksideBe responsible for the assembly, maintenance and modification of various composite parts such as front wings, rear wings and underbodies for our race cars at the race trackCarry out repair work on various composite partsBe responsible for the stock management of composite parts at the race trackBe involved in setting up, dismantling, and maintaining the pit infrastructure at the various race venuesTake on additional tasks as a member of the pit crew during the races
Your profile
Several years of Formula 1 experience as composite technician at the trackIn-depth knowledge of composites (fiber composite materials)Manual dexterity and a careful, efficient and independent way of workingA lot of sport and team spirit to work hand in hand with different colleagues on the racecourseA good understanding of technical contextsProficiency in English language skills. German language skills will be an advantage
