MISSION :
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Production Supervisor to lead one of the three production shifts. This role is key during both the launch phase and the serial production phase. You will be responsible for building and training your team, preparing the production setup, and ensuring efficient day-to-day operations once the site goes live.
RESPONSABILITIES
Phase 1: Pre-Launch (2025)
- Team Recruitment & Training: Participate in the recruitment process and train a production team aligned with safety, quality, and performance standards.
- Work Organization:
Implement the shift structure and production organization.
Define and deploy working instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Operational Readiness: Support equipment installation, workstation setup, and run initial production trials to ensure full readiness for launch.
Phase 2: Serial-Life Operations
- Shift Leadership: Lead and supervise production activities during your assigned shift, ensuring safety, efficiency, and team engagement.
- Team Management:
Foster a culture of respect, performance, and continuous improvement.
Ensure the well-being, motivation, and development of team members.
Track and report on production volume, quality, downtime, and cost indicators.
Take corrective actions to meet operational targets.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to improve productivity, ergonomics, and cost efficiency.
EDUCATION
- Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
- Previous experience in supervising production teams in an industrial environment (automotive or dismantling preferred).
- Experience in setting up or launching new production lines or sites is a strong plus.
KEY COMPETENCES
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good understanding of lean manufacturing, health & safety, and quality systems.
- Ability to analyze performance data and implement improvements.
LANGUAGES
- Fluent in French. English is an asset.
