MISSION
Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and results-oriented Logistics Supervisor to lead and manage all logistics operations within the dismantling HUB. This role is critical to the project’s success, with responsibilities covering material and stock flow, warehouse management, inventory control, team supervision, and continuous improvement initiatives focused on optimizing working capital and logistical efficiency.
RESPONSABILITIES
Pre-Launch Phase
Support the design and implementation of the warehouse and logistics flow layout.
Contribute to the definition of processes for incoming parts, storage, internal movements, and outbound logistics.
Assist in the setup of IT tools and stock management systems.
Support planning of storage capacity and flow organization.
- Team Building: Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of the logistics team.
Serial-Life Phase
Oversee all inbound, internal, and outbound logistics activities.
Ensure accurate and timely tracking of inventories and materials.
Optimize stock levels and rotations to meet production needs while minimizing working capital.
Continuously assess and improve space utilization and warehouse performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
Manage and develop the logistics team, fostering a high-performance and safety-driven culture.
Ensure effective shift coordination and resource planning.
Track key logistics KPIs (inventory accuracy, stock turnover, lead times, etc.) and implement corrective actions when needed.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost, service level, and responsiveness.
EDUCATION
- Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, Production Management, or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
- Proven experience in logistics or warehouse supervision in an industrial environment (automotive or recycling preferred).
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems and stock management tools.
KEY COMPETENCES
- Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities
- Good understanding of lean manufacturing, health & safety, and quality systems.
- Good knowledge of lean logistics, stock optimization, and inventory analysis.
LANGUAGES
- Fluent in French. English is an asset.
