Your Mission
The Global Software & Marketing organization is building a best-in-class team to power Stellantis’ software-enabled future, and we are hiring a talented Growth Acceleration Manager to join the Global Subscriptions team.
In this global role, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy, experimentation, and regional execution, driving subscriber growth across 14 iconic brands and every major market. The Growth Acceleration Manager will focus on Enrollment — optimizing our account creation and onboarding funnels — while also leading special growth initiatives each quarter to unblock subscriber friction, test new growth strategies, and scale what works.
This is a high-ownership role built for a fast-moving, systems-thinking operator who’s energized by ambiguity, thrives on speed, and is obsessed with turning insight into impact.
Responsibilities include:
Subscription Growth
- Lead high-priority quarterly growth missions (e.g., account creation optimization, new signup flows, embedded onboarding)
- Optimize end-to-end enrollment and activation flows across channels (in-car, web, app)
- Own reporting on enrollment KPIs and funnel health across regions
- Coordinate testing and experimentation related to payment info capture, signup completion, and trial starts
- Turn winning ideas into scalable systems — create playbooks, templates, and go-to-market rollout plans
- Translate customer friction into hypotheses and turn customer pain points into clear, testable growth hypotheses
- Build and manage structured experiment briefs, trackers, and test-learn loops
- Collaborate cross-functionally with regional teams, platform PMs, analytics, and design to launch and scale what's working
- Bridge global strategy and local execution to ensure speed, clarity, and alignment
- Identify regional blockers, run rapid validation missions, and help scale winning solutions
