This is a high-profile role that combines both the architecting and initiation of the Digital Silverstone Transformation programme with the hand-on management of the initial project portfolio for our Sales and Marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership
- Create governance structure including project board with key stakeholders which encompasses regular reporting and risk & issue management
- Initiate Programme and manage Portfolio of Projects in Sales & Marketing:
o DataLake
o Enterprise-wide CRM
o Fan First website and App
- Design Transformation Programme including current resource forecasts
- Scope additional resources and produce business case as required
- Matrix Manage the project resources across the organisation
- Build strong stakeholder buy-in through effective communication at every stage of the programme lifecycle.
Programme Management
- Build and lead a high-performing, multidisciplinary project team.
- Set and monitor programme schedules to meet key milestones and deadlines.
- Identify, assess and mitigate risks proactively to ensure compliance with legal and governance standards.
- Oversee stakeholder relationships, maintaining alignment between internal teams and external partners.
Operational Excellence
- Ensure financial sustainability of programmes, working closely with the Finance team to track and report on expenditure.
- Drive best-in-class delivery through robust processes, templates and training initiatives.
- Leverage emerging technologies and trends to enhance programme efficiency and outcomes.
Sustainability
- Embed sustainability best practices into the programme strategy, aligning initiatives with Silverstone’s net-zero commitments.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven track record in managing large, complex programs with multiple workstreams, including risk and budget management. Experience in technology and digital transformation in a Sales and Marketing environment is preferred.
- 10–15 years of relevant experience in one or more of the following sectors is preferred:
o Retail
o Leisure
o Hospitality
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.
- Educated to at least degree level.
- Professional qualifications such as MRICS, MCIOB, APM, Prince2, or similar are highly desirable. In-depth knowledge of program management models, KPI evaluation methods, and risk management strategies. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, MS Office). Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Proven ability to deliver high-quality program management across the full project lifecycle.
