We are recruiting for a Social Impact Manager for our Legal team who would be based at our St James Market Office in London. Do you have what it takes to be part of the world’s greatest sport and entertainment spectacle?
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing Formula 1’s ‘Supported by’ Organisations, which include charity and educational programmes, and identifying further opportunities to activate fundraising and programme delivery opportunities across F1.
Supporting the development of global social impact propositions, with local delivery frameworks, that can be applied across various external F1 stakeholders, such as race promoters, commercial partners, and broadcasters.
Maintaining and developing monitoring and reporting processes for all programmes.
Liaising with accreditation, legal, communications, race promotion, media rights, health & safety, compliance, safeguarding and other internal teams to ensure appropriate approvals are in place for related activities.
Managing existing and identifying new potential delivery partners, such as charitable entities, NGO’s and other relevant organisations.
About You:
Extensive experience advising in fundraising and community event activations for charity and outreach programmes – particularly in relation to sports and international events
A collaborative team player with internal and external stakeholder management capabilities
Strong written and oral communication skills
An ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment, with a pragmatic working style
This role is not anticipated to travel to F1 Events
