MISSIONS AND RESPONSABILITIES:
Sporting coordination – WRC
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (ASNs, organisers, and WRC consultants)
Manage championship registrations and monitor event registrations
Oversee the accreditation process for championship
Ensure the accuracy and compliance of all official championship documents
Identify and propose continuous improvements to enhance the quality and visibility of the WRC and JWRC
Event support – JWRC (Max 6 events/year)
Act as FIA Championship coordinator during JWRC events
Assess on-site conditions and services provided to JWRC competitors
Present detailed reports after each event
Serve as a liaison with all relevant stakeholders: ASNs, promoters, organisers, competitors, and officials
Delegate coordination
Coordinate communication with FIA delegates and consultants
Reporting
Collect the reports from FIA officials (sporting, safety, media, and technical delegates)
Governance and regulatory support
Assist in the preparation of the WRC Commission meetings
Draft and follow-up on sporting regulations in accordance with decisions approved by WMSC
Support the organisation and content of FIA seminars and the official’s summit
Championship calendar management
Monitor and review calendar applications submitted by the ASNs
Communication and website coordination
Ensure up-to-date and accurate championship information is published on fia.com
Update championship standings and classifications on the official FIA website
PROFILE:
University degree, preferably in Sports Management or a related field
Strong knowledge of rallying is essential
Previous experience as a co-driver, team coordinator or event organiser is a significant asset
Familiarity with FIA sporting and technical regulations.
Understanding of legal and governance frameworks is a plus.
Fluency in English is essential as well as French or Spanish
Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Acrobat, InDesign) is a plus
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; confident in interacting with a wide range of stakeholders (ASNs, organisers, promoters, teams).
Team player with a proactive, helpful attitude and a strong sense of collaboration.
Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
