About the Role:
As we continue to evolve how we deliver across our trackside and campaign-led projects, we’re looking for a Senior Marketing Operations Projects Manager to help shape and drive forward our seasonal activity with structure, creativity and clarity.
This is a newly created role within the Marketing Operations team reflecting the growing scope and ambition of our campaign and event delivery. Reporting into the Head of Marketing Projects, you’ll work alongside key stakeholders to support the planning, production and execution of marketing assets and activations throughout the season.
You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with in-house teams, agencies and suppliers – helping to shape briefs, drive project delivery and bring structure and clarity to a fast-paced, evolving calendar. As this is a new role, you’ll have the opportunity to help define how we work and contribute to the continual improvement of our project processes and output.
Key Accountabilities (Duties):
• Manage a range of marketing projects from end to end—from initial brief through to final delivery
• Collaborate with creative, design, AV, production and external suppliers to deliver assets and campaigns
• Support the development of creative briefs and ensure alignment across all project partners
• Oversee logistics and asset movement including freight and on-site delivery where required
• Track progress, adapt plans, and ensure timelines, budgets and approvals are well managed
• Champion clear communication and problem-solving across internal and external teams
• Drive continuous improvement across project tools, processes and ways of working
Profile:
• Proven track record in project managing creative, production or marketing workstreams
• Experience working with or within an agency (AV, creative or production) environment
• Strong stakeholder management, organisational and delivery skills
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to manage complexity and pace
• Collaborative and composed under pressure, with a high attention to detail
Benefits:
Our riverside campus is powered by 100% renewably sourced energy and features an on-site gym and exercise studio, subsidised restaurant and on-site parking with EV chargers available.
We offer a competitive and attractive package of benefits including a generous bonus scheme, Mercedes car lease scheme, private medical cover, life assurance and 25 days holiday. We pride ourselves on our family-friendly environment and employee well-being programmes.
The role is hybrid, three days onsite with travel to events and meetings required as part of project delivery.
